To build eight transitions rectangle to round, to unite the underlying outputs of the capitation cyclones (round) to a conveyor belt (rectangular). Due to the great size of the cyclones, its outputs do not position themselves perfectly concentric to the entrances of the conveyor belt. For the parts to be made, measures of the eccentricities were taken among each output and rectangular entrance of the conveyor belt, by using a simple plummet and nylon thread. With the measures at hand, the data were typed in CALDsoft7 and in a few seconds all parts were calculated.

Conclusion:
By using CALDsoft7, the budget was more precise, since it is possible to measure the real weight of consumed plate, avoiding the simple calculations by unitary parts, which always disconsider the optimization by joining the unfolded parts.
The quickness and specially the precision of the unfold (make only once) reduce also the total cost of the parts.
Every company that does not execute the plan previously in clipboard or CAD, leaving the development to the tracer himself, usually has a higher cost, since requires a better and more experienced professional to execute even the most simple plans. However, by using CALDsoft7, he executes only special parts, while the simple ones, like bends, cones, transitions, bifurcations, storm sewers and others, can be done even by apprentices, since they receive the shapes ready.
